You will plan, organise and supervise every production activity on our floor - making sure hardware is manufactured efficiently, safely, and to specification. The job is measured on targets hit, downtime cut, cost controlled, and processes made better than you found them.
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering – or a related field.
5-10 years in a hardware manufacturing or engineering production environment.
Proven experience handling production teams and manufacturing operations.
